Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online through the Equilibrium Health Club booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the consultation details.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur the full consultation fee.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your consultation may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments, and the full consultation fee will still apply.
For clients under 16, a parent or guardian must provide consent and may be required to attend the consultation.
